Gulf Petrochem Group is a UAE-based physical bunker supplier and integrated oil trading group (also active in refining, storage, bitumen, grease manufacturing, and shipping), founded by brothers Ashok Goel and Sudhir Goyel, who in 1998 obtained rights to a refinery and grease plant in Sharjah's Hamriyah Free Zone. It began supplying the Khor Fakkan and Jebel Ali bunker markets in 2012, and in May 2015 became an officially licensed bunker supplier at the Port of Fujairah (the world's second-largest bunker port), operating there as GP Bunkering FZE and offering grades such as RMG 380, RME 180, MGO DMA and LSMGO.
