The company traces its origins to AGIP Petroli's Ghana marketing outfit established in June 1960, was renamed Ghana Oil Company Limited in 1974, listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange in 2007, and holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification.
