Galveston LNG Bunker Port (GLBP) is a physical LNG bunker supplier: a joint venture of Navergy Infrastructure Partners (formerly Pilot LNG) and Seapath Group developing the first dedicated small-scale LNG bunkering facility on the U.S. Gulf Coast, at Shoal Point in the Texas City industrial complex. It will deliver LNG via a Jones Act-compliant bunker barge to LNG-fueled vessels at the ports of Houston, Galveston and Texas City, with construction planned after a 2026 FID and operations targeted for 2029. Founded in 2023, the company is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
