Galana Raffinerie Terminal (GRT) is a Malagasy oil company that operates the national petroleum import terminal at the port of Toamasina (Manangareza quarter), where imported fuel products are received, stored and quality-tested before distribution across Madagascar. Galana is one of Madagascar's four main fuel distributors (alongside Total, Jovenna and Shell) under the CECAM supply-coordination platform, and the Toamasina terminal serves as the country's main receipt depot for imported hydrocarbons, with secondary supply to coastal depots by coaster and barge. It is thus a physical fuel supplier/terminal operator rather than a broker or trader.
