Decal Panamá S.A. is a subsidiary of the Italian Decal Group operating an oil storage terminal on Taboguilla Island near the Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal. The terminal, with 356,500 m³ of storage across 26 tanks, specializes in the storage, blending, and supply of petroleum products for the bunkering industry, primarily serving ships transiting the Panama Canal. The company was incorporated in 1998 and began operations in January 2003.
