VLSFO was higher at most major hubs, with the largest moves at the Baltic and South American listings and the smallest at Rotterdam, up $3 to $766. The outliers are data points, not market signals: Manila MGO printed $2,410, up $1,015, and the Baltic VLSFO prints at Tallinn and Muuga ($573) and Riga, Liepaja, Ventspils and Klaipeda ($623) sit far below every other VLSFO on the board. Fethiye MGO at $640 after a $890 fall is in the same category. Treat all of these as unverified until confirmed against the underlying supplier quotes.
