The board is split: Hamburg and Skagen moved up across all three grades (Hamburg MGO +88.5 to $1,542.50, VLSFO +66 to $768.50) while Rotterdam slipped (MGO −11.5 to $1,425, VLSFO −6 to $759, HSFO −3.5 to $677.50). That puts Hamburg MGO $117.50/mt over Rotterdam MGO on the same day. Elsewhere, Durban MGO jumped $178.50 to $2,230.50 and Port Louis MGO fell $110 to $1,807; Baltic ports (Klaipeda, Riga, Liepaja, Muuga, Tallinn) printed VLSFO at $573–623, well under Rotterdam's $759.
